Had a bit of a laugh with these snapper fillets. I was pan frying them and my dog sat right next to the stove the whole time, refusing to move. The smell must have been too good because the moment I turned around, he tried to steal a piece straight out of the pan . Don’t worry, we saved the fish for ourselves and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, firm and cooked up perfect.
