🧂 Ingredients
- 400–500g fresh cooked prawns (peeled)
- 2–3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A handful of fresh basil leaves (roughly chopped)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: pinch of chilli flakes
- Optional: splash of white wine
👨🍳 Method
- Heat olive oil + butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Add chilli flakes (optional) for a light kick.
- Add prawns → toss gently for 2–3 minutes (just heat through).
- Add lemon juice + season with salt & pepper.
- Toss in fresh basil leaves → cook for another 30–40 seconds.
- Optional: add a splash of white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Serve immediately while fresh and aromatic.
